We’re building student living that’s better for everyone. Our ESG programme focuses on circular operations, community wellbeing and transparent, ISO-accredited governance. Below is a snapshot of our impact during the reporting year
Environmental
We aim to eliminate waste and keep materials in use through our mattress recycling programme and responsible packaging collections.
- 100% recycling rate through our partner network, aligned with circular economy principles.
- Materials reclaimed: foam (into carpet underlay or dog-bed padding for charities), metal springs (remanufactured), and fabrics (shredded for reuse, including new mattress borders).
- Packaging stewardship: we collect and route mattress packaging into verified recycling streams.
Social
We support wellbeing in our communities and across our team.
- Giving back through fundraising: 36 mattresses donated to Ellenor Hospice to generate proceeds for patient and family care.
- Local resilience: regular contributions to community food banks and local charities.
- Mental health and outreach: donations to CALM and The Salvation Army.
